I put my order in April and now it’s July and I still have not received it. I have also emailed support on several occasions and have not received a response. I’m worried this is a scam.

I just received my device and i tried it today. I Feel good using it. I Wanted to remove my acne etc. Advice ladies: You need to use serum because you can't glide it without serum or cream. I forgot to buy a serum from dreamyhotdeals and just ordered the serum today. Im using my own cream for the meantime. Its good so far. The Device is great. Thanks

It doesn't hurt. I Use with serum and gel for my neck and face. Very beautiful. Acne. Wrinkles. Stains. Where i live they charged for $190 and im clearly getting the same results.

Love the quality and multifunctional use of this product. I can focus on wrinkles and switch to focus on dark spots and tightening. My skin feels so smooth after each use. I am 45 years old and try every type of product. This machine is definitely worth the money!!!

Nice looking product, easy to understand the directions, and easy to use. I have a couple slightly darker spots on my face, and they appear to be getting lighter, and it makes my face feel very soft. I would definitely recommend this product to others!

I really love this beauty device, I like that it is small and wireless so I can use it anywhere and it's convenient, lightweight and simple to use. I use it with my regular face serums and moisturizer and I can really feel it working, there is a slight tingling feeling from the muscle stimulation which feels great, after using it my skin feels fantastic, I have mainly been using the green and blue light therapy to treat acne and dark spots but I do use all colors, also really like that it gets slightly warm which also feels great. My new favorite beauty device.

This is an useful beauty device. I follow the instructions of how to use it with facial essence or cream etc. I can feel my skin is getting clean, firming and looking better. Used to have a lot of blackheads and the pores are huge. Now, I don't pick my face anymore.

I got the product a week ago and I started to use it two days ago and got great results! the secret is to used it with excellent products! I used first cethaphil with conductive gel at night for intense moisture and the next day I used it for dark spots witch I made a home recipe that works for me. (lemon juice and potato juice. Look for recipes on google) I also made hyaluronic acid gel and this morning the results were noticeable! the skin look at least two years younger! it was brighter and a lot of moisture. the product works great for me! and I also help the skin with a healthy diet and supplements that help the skin nails and hair and I do my morning routine cleaning the face and using sun block spf 100 for face. I am very pleased with the product and by using it correctly by following the manual and applying the right products it works excellent! now using home made recipes make sure you know your skin and do a lot of research! I went to school for cosmetology, so I know what I need! Wish you good luck and hope this was helpful and you will be as happy as I am!

The 5 in 1 skin tightening machine is easy to use and the blue light has helped with my nail psoraisis. You do need to use a serum and or conductive gel with the device. Do not use it without a serum or conductive gel as it will burn your face or skin. I use this on my hands too. For the price, as excellent device. Must use frequently to benefit your skin.

Today is day 11 since I opened the package of this product. I have used it 7 times at Level 4 RF and Red LED at 3 min per 1/4 of face at a time. I did buy a facial RF gel to use with it, and I used a facial scrub 3 times. No filters or facial exaggeration used on these pics. You will note my eyebrows are now level, my chin is tighter, my eye troughs are starting to diminish, and my face looks more narrow, and my marionette lines are starting to retract. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT WITH ANYTHING HIGHER THAT A 5 STAR RATING AND THAT IS SAD BECAUSE IT DESERVES 10.
